Take a look at a small portion of my training modules designed to enhance employee knowledge and skills. From goal-setting frameworks to compliance standards, these projects show my ability to create interactive, educational content that drives professional growth and organizational success. 

SMARTIE GOALS

Project Overview

This project was part of a comprehensive course designed for the organization's internal employees, focusing on creating SMARTIE goals. The interactive component was developed to help employees craft their professional goals for the year, applying the SMARTIE framework to their goal-setting processes.  

Objective 

 Employees faced challenges in setting effective professional goals that aligned with organizational objectives. The existing goal-setting process lacked the inclusivity and equity necessary for impactful DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) initiatives.  

Tools & Techniques

 The SMARTIE goals interactive element was created using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Illustrator.  

Results

Post-training, 90% of participants successfully created SMARTIE goals.  

Managed Care Accountability Set

Project Overview

This project involved the creation of a comprehensive training module on the Managed Care Accountability Set (MCAS) for internal staff. The course aimed to educate staff on the key components, reporting requirements, and compliance standards associated with MCAS.  

Objective

Internal staff needed a thorough understanding of the Managed Care Accountability Set (MCAS) to meet regulatory compliance and ensure accurate reporting. The existing knowledge gap potentially compromised the organization's ability to achieve these objectives.  

Tools & Techniques

The training module was developed using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, self-narrated and edited in Audition.  

Results

Post-training assessments indicated an 85% improvement in staff competency regarding MCAS components, reporting requirements, and compliance standards.
